About the event
Baby & Me Yoga is open to caregivers and their minis, ages 12 weeks to 24 months. Each babe must have an adult to participate (if you are bringing two babies, you must also bring a second adult). Our age range is wide, therefore a variety of modifications will be offered to meet your babe at their developmental stage. Class will be designed to help you bond with your baby through physical movement, playful songs, and lots of snuggles. There will be time for conversation and laughs, explanation of poses and how to safely do them with your babe as you will be helping to guide your babe into gentle stretches or poses based on their current abilities.
While a yoga class for adults is quiet, calm, and often predictable, classes with our minis tend to be a bit more active and often don't go exactly as planned. Please know…
