About the event

This yoga class will begin in a gentle flow style.  About halfway through, we will transition into a restorative style of yoga.  All ability levels, including beginners, are welcome and encouraged to attend!

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to get settled before class begins.  It is recommended that you bring your own yoga mat, but I do have some available if you're in need.  All other props will be provided.  Please feel free to bring anything else you feel would help make your class more comfortable.  Dress in layers, as we will moving swiftly at the start of class, but the stillness of restorative yoga in the second half of class may cause you to get a bit chilly.

This class is intended for adults.  Teens are welcome, but must be accompanied by a parent.  Class is $10 and can be paid in cash at class.  You also have the option to purchase a Five Class Pass for $40 (offer valid until 12/31/2022).

If you have registered and cannot make it to class, please text me at 585-580-3081 AND email me at as soon as possible.  Cancelations will not be accepted via Instagram or Facebook.  I understand that life can get in the way, but as much notice as possible is very much appreciated.  After three cancelations with less than six hours notice, a non-refundable, non-transferable advance payment will be required upon receiving your registration for each class.

In keeping health and wellness of ourselves and those around us at the forefront of our practice, please do not attend if you or a member of your household is not feeling well.  A face mask is not required, but you're always welcome to wear one if it makes you more comfortable.  These guidelines are subject to change.
