About the event

In this yoga class, I will guide you through sequences of poses at a relaxed pace.  This class focuses on alignment to help you build strength, flexibility, and balance.  Modifications are shared throughout class.  Each class will end with five to ten minutes of relaxation.  All ability levels, including beginners, are welcome and encouraged to attend!

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to get settled before class begins.  You must bring your own yoga mat, water, and any other props or things you prefer to have during class.  This class is intended for adults.  Teens are welcome, but must be accompanied by a parent.  Class is $10 and can be paid in cash at class.

If you cannot make it to class, please text me at 866-818-0445 AND email me at heather.yoga@icloud.com as soon as possible.  Cancelations will not be accepted via Instagram or Facebook.  I understand that life can get in the way, but as much notice as possible (at least six hours) is very much appreciated.  After three cancelations with less than six hours notice, a non-refundable, non-transferable advance payment will be required upon receiving your RSVP for each class.

The pandemic is ongoing.  Please do not attend if you or a member of your household is not feeling well.  The number of students has been limited in order to keep mats spaced a safe distance apart.  At this time, community level is low in Allegany County and a face mask is not required.  However, while not required, wearing a mask while entering and exiting the studio is encouraged to help make everyone feel safe, comfortable, and welcome.  Whether or not you choose to wear a mask, I do ask that you always be mindful, respectful, and courteous of those around you. *COVID-19 guidelines are subject to change.
