About the event

In this yoga class, I will guide you through sequences of poses at a gentle, yet steady, pace.  This class focuses on alignment to help you build strength, flexibility, and balance.  Modifications are shared throughout class.  Each class will end with five to ten minutes of relaxation.  All ability levels, including beginners, are welcome and encouraged to attend!

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to get settled before class begins.  You must bring your own yoga mat, water, and any other props or things you prefer to have during class.  This class is intended for adults.  Teens are welcome, but must be accompanied by a parent.  Class is $10 and can be paid in cash at class.

If you have registered and cannot make it to class, please email me at heather.yoga@icloud.com as soon as possible.  Cancelations will not be accepted via Instagram or Facebook.  I understand that life can get in the way, but as much notice as possible is very much appreciated.  After three cancelations with less than six hours notice, a non-refundable, non-transferable advance payment will be required upon receiving your registration for each class.

In keeping health and wellness of ourselves and those around us at the forefront of our practice, please do not attend if you or a member of your household is not feeling well.  A face mask is not required, but you're always welcome to wear one if it makes you more comfortable.  These guidelines are subject to change.
