Namaste & Macrame Worksohp

Jen, owner of MacraMade on the Farm, and I (Heather from Yoga with Heather Lynn), are teaming up to bring you a morning full of creating and yoga-ing!   Jen will be walking you through how to make a macrame yoga mat strap, step-by-step.  This project is beginner friendly and does not require prior knowledge or experience with macrame.  Tea, water, and coffee will be available, but you're welcome to bring whatever your heart desires.  After you've completed your yoga mat strap, you'll join me, Heather, for a beginner yoga class.  In this class I will break everything down so that we're moving slowly, mindfully, and building confidence on the yoga mat!  If you're an experienced yogi, then this class is a great way to get back to basics!

What do I bring?  Yourself!  And a yoga mat if you have one that you prefer to use -- otherwise we've got everything you need!

What do I wear?  Clothes that you're comfortable moving in!  And layers can be important as you might be warm during one portion of the yoga class and chilly during relaxation.  

How do I pay?  Class is $45 and must be paid ahead of time.  Payment is due upon registering and can be sent to Heather Joyce via Venmo at @heathernjoyce.  Please contact me if you need to arrange an alternate payment method.  Refunds are not available.
