About the event
In this yoga class, I will guide you into supported poses that we will hold for an extended period of time. This class focuses on breath to help you release tension. Restorative yoga helps guide you into a deep relaxation. All ability levels, including beginners, are welcome and encouraged to attend!
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to get settled before class begins. You should bring your own yoga mat, but all other props (2 blocks, a bolster, blanket, and eye pillow) will be provided. Please feel free to bring anything else you feel would help make your class more comfortable. Dress in cozy clothes and warm layers, as the stillness of this yoga stye can cause you to get a bit chilly. This class is intended for adults. Teens are welcome, but must be accompanied by a parent. Class is $10 and can be paid in cash at class. You also have the option to purchase a Five Class Pass for $40.
If you have registered and cannot make it to class, please text me at 585-580-3081 AND email me at heather.yoga@icloud.com as soon as possible. Cancelations will not be accepted via Instagram or Facebook. I understand that life can get in the way, but as much notice as possible is very much appreciated. After three cancelations with less than six hours notice, a non-refundable, non-transferable advance payment will be required upon receiving your registration for each class.
In keeping health and wellness of ourselves and those around us at the forefront of our practice, please do not attend if you or a member of your household is not feeling well. A face mask is not required, but you're always welcome to wear one if it makes you more comfortable. *These guidelines are subject to change.
