Spooky Kids Yoga

Your little will be engaged throughout class while participating in Halloween themed music, movement, games, of course yoga poses, and more!  We will also practice child-friendly meditation and relaxation and learn ways to use our breath to calm our bodies and minds.  

This yoga class is geared towards children, ages 4-10 years old.

Class is $8 per and can be paid in cash at class. If you have more than one child, you will pay $1 less for each additional sibling attending class (for example, if someone had 3 children, the first would be $8, the second $7, the third $6 for a total of $21 for all 3 children).  This only applies to siblings or children residing in the same household.  Please bring exact change.  Never let money keep you from sending your little(s) to yoga! In keeping health and wellness of ourselves and those around us at the forefront of our practice, please do not send your child(ren) to yoga if they or a member of their household is not feeling well.  A face mask is not required, but students are always welcome to wear one if it makes you more comfortable.  *These guidelines are subject to change.
