Spooky Yoga Tots

This class is the perfect way to bond with your little over all things spooky! Class is intended for an adult to participate alongside their little. Join me and my kiddo for Halloween themed music, movement, games, of course yoga poses, and more!  We will also practice child-friendly meditation and relaxation and learn ways to use our breath to calm our bodies and minds. While best if you plan to have one adult for each child, one adult with two children can work too!

This yoga class is geared towards children, ages 2-4(ish) years old. Please feel free to reach out if you have questions about age.

Class is $12 (this includes one adult and one child) and can be paid in cash at class. If you're bringing an additional child with just one adult, please plan for an additional $6. No more than 2 children per adult. Never l…
