About the event

Strength Yoga is a blend of traditional yoga poses and high intensity interval training (HIIT).  Not only will you destress, build flexibility and balance, but you will increase cardio and more effectively tone muscles.  Each class will be comprised of a gentle yoga sequence to begin, followed by a few low-impact HIIT yoga exercises that can be modified to meet you where you’re at, and will conclude with a yin/restorative yoga sequence to find a deeper stretch and a deeper state of relaxation.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to find class and get settled before class begins.  You should bring your own yoga mat if you're able.  I recommend bringing a blanket or second mat to place underneath you for added stability. Please feel free to bring anything else you feel would help make your class more comfortable.  This class is intended for adults.  Teens are welcome, but must be accompanied…
