Teacher Timeout Yoga

Teachers - you do so much for your students, your school, and your community and you certainly deserve so much more than you’re given. I’d like to offer this class as a small gesture of appreciation for you. Without teachers, I’m not sure where the world would be. You are appreciated, even if you’re not always reminded of that.

This class is open to all current teachers (and school staff)! Please plan to present a valid school ID. Class will be a gentle flow, focusing on alignment and utilizing breath and movement to connect poses. We will end class with a relaxing cool down and a full relaxation. If you’re wondering what to wear, the answer is simply something comfortable! Please dress in layers as it can get chilly during relaxation.

Please note that at this time masks will be required at all times in the studio.
