Toddler & Mama Play Date - Summer Series

Toddler & Mama Play Dates are open to mamas and their minis, ages 1 to 3 years.  Class will work best if each babe has an adult (if you are bringing two toddlers, bring along a second adult -- grandma, auntie, or a friend).  Class will be designed to help you bond with your toddler through physical movement, playful songs, and snuggles.  There will be time for conversation and laughs, explanation of poses and how to safely do them with your babe as  you will be helping to guide your babe into gentle stretches or poses based on their current abilities.

While a yoga class for adults is quiet, calm, and often predictable, classes with our minis tend to be a bit more active and often don't go exactly as planned.  Please know that as mama to a sweet 27-month-old, I know that our children cry, need to eat, and…
