Toddler & Me Yoga

Toddler & Me Yoga is open to caregivers and their minis, ages 1 to 3 years.  Each babe must have an adult to participate (if you are bringing two toddlers, you must also bring a second adult).  Class will be designed to help you bond with your toddler through physical movement, playful songs, and lots of snuggles.  There will be time for conversation and laughs, explanation of poses and how to safely do them with your babe as  you will be helping to guide your babe into gentle stretches or poses based on their current abilities.

While a yoga class for adults is quiet, calm, and often predictable, classes with our minis tend to be a bit more active and often don't go exactly as planned.  Please know that as mama to a sweet 17-month-old, I know that our sweet children cry, need to eat, and require diaper changes at the least convenient of times.  As long as you're comfortable, please feel free to address any and all of your babe's needs right in our circle during class, but if taking a walk to tend to things is what you prefer, that's wonderful too.  

What to bring: definitely a spacious blanket, maybe a yoga mat, maybe a stroller, whatever else you think you and your babe need (drinks, snack, bottle, sunscreen, hat, etc.).  

Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early; class will start promptly at 10am.  We will likely be located past the playground closer to the river.  Please check Instagram (@yogawithheatherlynn) in the days leading up to this event to check in on location and for other information.

Class is just $5 and can be paid when you arrive at class. If for any reason you’re unable to attend class after registering, please email me at heather.yoga@icloud.com as soon as possible to let me know as it may impact whether or not class will still be held. Please be mindful of others and their babes - do not attend if you or someone in your home is sick or if you have knowingly been exposed to COVID-19 or any illness that may be easily transmissible.
