About the event
Join us for an energetic and fun class outdoors on the deck at the Wellsville Country Club! Denise will lead you in a POUND class! This is a full-body workout that brings together cardio and strength-training with yoga and Pilates-inspired movements! This class is designed for all fitness levels.
Please arrive 5 minutes early to get settled before class begins. You should bring your own mat, but anything else you need will be provided. This class is intended for adults. Teens are welcome, but must be accompanied by a parent. Class is $10 and can be paid in cash at class. WCC members get 50% off all ‘Workout with a View’ classes!
