About the event
In this NEW yoga class, I will combine Gentle Flow with a Strength boost! We will move through sequences of poses at a gentle and steady pace. There will be non-traditional yoga-inspired strength exercises incorporated into this class. While my typical Strength class includes HIIT, this class will not. Modifications are shared throughout class. Most ability levels, including beginners, are welcome and encouraged to attend!
Please arrive 5 minutes early to get settled before class begins. You should bring your own mat and any other props or things you prefer to have during class. This class is intended for adults. Teens are welcome, but must be accompanied by a parent. Class is $12 and can be paid in cash or via Venmo at class. WCC members get 50% off all ‘Workout with a View’ classes!
