About the event
In this yoga class, I will guide you through sequences of poses at a gentle, yet steady, pace. This class focuses on alignment to help you build strength, flexibility, and balance. Modifications are shared throughout class. Each class will end with five to ten minutes of relaxation. All ability levels, including beginners, are welcome and encouraged to attend!
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to get settled before class begins. You must bring your own yoga mat, water, and any other props or things you prefer to have during class. I 2 blocks will be provided. This class is intended for adults. Teens are welcome, but must be accompanied by a parent. Class is $12 and can be paid in cash at class.
